The lounge has an oak-beamed ceiling and a wood-burning fireplace. A shared games room next door includes a full-size pool table and dartboard.

Powis Castle is 15 miles away. Llanfair Light Railway is just 4 miles. Montgomery Castle and Nantcribba Castle are both within 15 miles. The Montgomeryshire Canal is close by for walking.
