Wonderfully homely feel, warm cosy and clean. Had everything youd possibly need, well equipped kitchen and a surprise great selection of kids toys. Gorgeous part of Wales, we didnt want to leave!

The property had everything we needed, a real home from home in a beautiful setting. Such a relaxing yet fun break , like going back in time and Jane made us feel very welcome in her lovely home.

The property is beautiful, very lovely owners, very clean, well equipped kitchen, this was our second visit and had a great time definitely would visit again. It's on a working farm and amazing seeing the farmers rounding up the sheep. The location is nice and peaceful.

Tanyrallt Farm is the best holiday property we have stayed in. Really lovely accommodation, we stayed in the purple bedroom, nice comfy bed and all bedrooms were beautifully decorated and furnished. We loved having so much space, as we live in a very small house! The kitchen with the Aga was great, it was also very well equipped. We spent most of our indoor time in the sun room or kitchen. The view from the farmhouse is lovely, its in a very quiet, scenic area. We were fortunate with the weather, but even if it had been rainy I would have been very happy to chill out with a book, in the sun room! It was extremely clean there were plenty of towels. We would definitely recommend this property and well be back for sure.

Tanyrallt farm offered us everything we were looking for and more. Fully equipped cottage, beds were comfortable. The particular highlight from my children's point of view was the games room. Everything you needed for a quiet country retreat was provided. Miles and miles of lovely fields and it had just been lambing season, so all the little lambs were hopping about. Lovely hosts,it's a working farm, so a hive of activity from that aspect but my youngest loved that. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away from it all.

Great place for a family holiday. The house is extremely well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. It is well situated for exploring the surrounding area.

Lovely home. Has everything you need and makes a great based for exploration. Owners are wonderful. It was lambing season when we stayed so we got to cuddle a a lamb. A lovely place to stay, fantastic views and highly recommended.

5 of us had a marvellous week at Tanyrallt Farm End of June 2024. Used as a base for a Motorcycle Tour. Superb twisty roads in every direction. Pick a point on the map, jump on the bike and away. Plenty of places of interest endless castles, waterfalls to go see and beautiful scenery. Highlights being the Devils Staircase, stopping for an ice cream at the Llyn Brianne reservoir dam and carrying on for a meal at the excellent West End Cafe in Llandovery. Then the trip to the Devils Bridge Waterfall, Pontarfynach, that was well worth it just for the outstanding breakfast at the Woodlands Cafe. There are plenty of places to explore in this part of the world and the roads in between are awesome. Fast sweeping or tight and nadgery with sheep eating the grass growing up the middle, it's all gravy. The cottage, by the way, is superb. A great location. Spotlessly clean, spacious and with comfortable beds. Slept like a log. The big bonus is the games room, which was a massive hit and the little sun room is a lovely place to chill out, with a stunning view. We cooked most evenings having an Asda delivery for when we arrived and topping up at Tesco, Llandrindod Wells. The kitchen had all we needed and a big table to sit at. Overall a fantastic break and would love to come back.

Stunning cottage full of character and set in a beautiful area. Warm and cosy lounge, comfy bed and a kitchen full of everything you need. Loved sitting in the conservatory and made good use of the pool table and dartboard. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Property owner was amazing, really easy to contact and responded straight away any queries. Christmas decorations were lovely and added to the experience. Location is amazing and was lovely being away from city life. Thank you for provided such a memorable experience, especially over Christmas.

Beautiful farmhouse in a very peaceful location, everything you need is there for you extremely comfortable with a lot of space for us all the only thing I can point out is the garden at the front although fenced off but if you have a small dog which we did she could get under the fence posts so had to keep her on a leash, which wasn't an issue but would have been nice to let her roam around. Would definitely return again and highly recommended.

A lovely property in a very quiet location. The best equipped kitchen ever with huge fridge and freezer .Comfortable kingsize bed. Really appreciated the choice of seating in the lounge.Loads of places to sit and chat. Nice shower. Would definitely come back in the future.

We had a lovely weeks stay at Tanyrallt farm, everything was as expected and more, our 3 year old granddaughter loved the toys and play desk. Such a cosy , well equipped property, everything you could think of in the kitchen for preparing meals.Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.Lovely to see the family working around the farm.

Lovely property, nice and clean. Lovely big garden for everyone, my dogs loved playing in there. The house is spacious, well equipped and the location is ideal. The hot weather was a bonus too. All in all we had a lovely break here.

Beautiful cottage, well equiped, very spacious. Hostess is realy helpful and stayed in touch in case we needed anything whilst we were there stayed amist a big storm. Will be returning.

Stayed here for Christmas 2021. A large family cottage with 4 upstairs bedrooms that are very comfortable. A great games room with pool table and darts board. Lovely cosy sitting room with large TV & basic sky. Nice bright conservatory. Large well equipped kitchen with a storage room just off it with lots of cupboard space, washing machine, separate fridge & freezer. It's set in a lovely quiet beautiful location. Parking for 3 cars. There are some ground floor steps within the property. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend staying here.

Tanyrallt Farm is a lovely, cosy farmhouse with beautiful scenery, we found it very comfortable and clean and it was very well equipped with everything you could need. The road running past the farm is quiet and perfect for evening walks for the dog & the Elan Valley is only a short drive away. Waterbreakitsneck waterfall is under 12 hours drive and well worth a visit with clearly marked woodland trails to follow. The nearby towns of Llandrindod & Builth have a good range of shops & take aways & worth a visit to the local butchers plus the local shop at Beulah is handy. Great mid Wales location for exploring the beauty of Wales & we will miss the tranquillity of Tanyrallt.

The accommodation was really authentic and we enjoyed staying in a welsh farm house. We felt welcome from day one, it was like visiting a family home and had everything you needed. The views and surrounding countryside is beautiful and so very peaceful.
