The area around Cemmaes is quiet and genuinely rural. You're seven miles from Machynlleth where you'll find shops, galleries, antique stores and bike hire. The River Dyfi is just half a mile away for fishing. Cadair Idris is 16 miles away and Aberdyfi beach is 18 miles.
The farmhouse has four bedrooms one king-size, two doubles and one single all with traditional wooden furniture. There are two bathrooms. Three separate lounges give guests real space to spread out.

The Brigands Inn pub is just four miles away. Cadair Idris (16 miles / 30 mins), Aberdyfi Beach (18 miles / 35 mins), the Precipice Walk near Dolgellau (18 miles / 35 mins) and the Centre for Alternative Technology (6 miles / 12 mins) are all worth a visit.
