Sitting between the market towns of Llanidloes and Machynlleth, the estate combines restored historic buildings with contemporary interiors across rolling countryside, woodland and wildflower meadows. The four properties Mill House, Hay Barn, Hall House and Grain Loft can sleep up to 28 guests across 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

The estate sits within a working rural landscape with an orchard, river steps and a three-acre conservation area. Walk to the local pub or explore the meadows. Llyn Clywedog reservoir is close by for wildlife spotting and gentle walks along the shore.
