Incredible accommodation in a beautiful setting. The house was much bigger than we were expecting, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. You can see how much time and love the owners have put into it, who are also so welcoming. We chose this location as it was close to The Elan Valley, but we also spent time relaxing in the house, watching the wildlife, taking in the stunning views, chatting to the owners and star gazing at night. We will be certainly be back! Thank you.

Liz and Rob were exceptional hosts. We arrived late and the local pub doesnt serve means every day, so, we were about to dine of snacks until Liz gave us a selection of eggs, burgers, sausages and fish plus a bag of frozen chips, more than enough for several meals. Added to that the property did not disappoint it far exceeded our expectations and all five of us said we would love to stay again. The location was perfect for our planned motorcycle exploration of the back roads of Wales.

A lovely spacious and spotlessly clean property. Owners are on site and extremely friendly and helpful. There are four friendly dogs too! We liked the fact that there were so many different areas to sit and relax and particularly enjoyed the little sun room. Thank you Rob and Liz for a lovely stay.

We recently enjoyed a relaxing break in this true home from home. The quality of the property is excellent, extra little touches like hairdryers and TVs in every bedroom being appreciated. The many art pieces in the property add so much to the comfort & style. The various rooms downstairs give everyone the chance to find a favourite place. We particularly liked the 'sunny room' at the front we were blessed with beautiful blue sky weather while there. The whole property including all bedrooms, is finished to such a high & comfortable standard. Locally we visited Builth Wells for pubs & a takeaway and further afield we visited the beautiful Elan Valley & Brecon Beacons. Thanks to Rob & Liz for a lovely family break. We certainly hope to return!

We can honestly say that this was one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed at over the last 20 years! The owners were so so welcoming so a huge thank you for the fantastic time we spent there.
