We had a lovely stay here. . wed been before so knew what to expect! Its a lovely lodge and the secure garden and hot tub make it even more relaxing with a dog! If you are staying in one with a mezzanine bedroom Id suggest bringing an eye mask as there are no curtains blinds so it can get bright early.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. Everything was catered for from a large garden for the dogs, clean and comfortable to a well maintained hot tub. Beautiful location had lots to do. Would certainly book again.

An amazing property in a stunning location. Our family really enjoyed our stay and our dog loved the garden. The house is well equipped, we really appreciated the hot tub towels. The one time I needed to call sheep related, nothing wrong with the property at all! they answered immediately and someone was there extremely quickly. The local park in Llanyre is incredible and our toddler loved the gruffalo woods opposite the park.

For our third holiday at Hill Radnor we stayed for 2 weeks, the reason being it is just what we want. The owners are lovely people and extremely helpful. Set in the countryside the accommodation is excellent and vey peaceful. You have the choice of either cooking yourself everything you need is there or there are places nearby if you want to eat out. To sum it all up we are booking a further two weeks for next year.

This was our second time staying here & it was equally as good as the first. The Lodge has everything you need. The beds are so comfy, we were spoiled with a dishwater, washing makingdryer. Then there's a hottub on the terrace which is in the perfect setting. The weather wasn't there best this time but it didn't matter. Come rain or shine we were in there. It was so relaxing. The surrounding areas are lovely. There are a lot of walks, cafes that offer very good breakfasts to afternoon teas. So I really do recommend you try it got yourselves because you'll not regret it.

The accommodation was spot on, beautiful cabin, the best hot tub we have ever had, everything in the cabin we needed for our Christmas dinner meal together. So quiet, comfortable and clean. Will definitely visit again.

Fabulous property the owner really has taken care & pride in creating these holiday properties creating a home from home. The beds were comfy with super fat pillows, spacious living area, everything needed in the kitchen, lots of garden for the dogs to run about and plenty of room to park outside the property. The only downside was the number of flies in the property which the owner advised was as a consequence of being in the countryside. We raised it immediately on arrival and the owner came to see us the following morning to apologise. We used the two tins of spray provided in the cupboard, but had to go and purchase more. This was disappointing and a pain when trying to prepare food, but this was the only negative of staying in this beautiful property.

This is a lovely place to stay, lots of walking nearby, beautiful area. House is spacious, clean and was given a welcome package which even catered for the 2 dogs we took. Garden is secure on all sides so no worries there. Also, the beds are really, really comfy!!! Will not hesitate to return!!!

This being the second year we have holidayed here, nothing has changed, it is excellent, in fact it is so good we have already booked a fortnight for next year. The owners are great, nothing is to much trouble and are available to solve any problems. It is set in the country and very peaceful there but you are only 5mins by car from all facilities, supermarkets, shops etc. Looking forward to next year.

The lodge had everything we needed, it was lovely and clean, there was plenty of space, the hot tub was lovely after days out walking and the views were stunning! We would definitely recommend.

A wonderful new year stay. Very relaxing, beautiful scenery and the lodge was comfortable and very well presented. The owners were extremely helpful and checked everything was ok. The little welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch and was really appreciated. Our puppy absolutely loved the enclosed garden. We would definitely recommend and we plan to come back again. Our only suggestion for improvement is that a second heater in the open plan loungediner is needed for cold winter nights as a lot of the heat escapes to the upstairs. During the day, it was very warm and cosy and it was 3 outside, just late evening it dropped colder and it would have been helpful to be able to boost the heat.

We had a fantastic week at The Sheepfold. The accommodation was perfect for a family week away with our dog. It was even better than the photos and we loved it! Lots of thoughtful touches on arrival such as some bubbles to drink in the hot tub and some dog treats. Would 100 recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheepfold. The accommodation was out of this world, clean, comfy, rich everything you needed and in the most peaceful setting of all. We met the owners too who are lovely people and will do anything to make you feel comfortable, they go above and beyond! The location is a good spot to make the most of travelling around Wales, its smack bang in the middle so it gives you the option to go to the North, South, East or West or you can spend the time relaxing in the local village and enjoy a nice coffee over looking the lake whilst feeding the ducks! Would recommend in a heartbeat if you're looking for a peaceful escape away in an idyllic setting. Get it booked!

Upon arrival everything looked beautiful. When entering property we found dead flies and wasps and floor needed swept. The amount of glass is great visually but made sleeping virtually impossible as no air conditioning which for a design like this property is a must. My son in law ended up sleeping in car. Flies wasps were horrific entering the property and would recommend a mesh type cover for windows and at the very least for the patio doors. On a positive note the accommodation is furnished to a high standard and well equipped. surroundings stunning, red kites flying around are majestic good sized area allocated to each of the 4 properties, well maintained and room for 3 cars per lodge. good communication throughout booking process and pre arrival hot tub immaculately clean and very good! Some things to be aware of this accommodation really is in middle of nowhere which if you want ultimate peace and quiet then will be perfect for you. we drove around and virtually everything was shut we couldnt understand this. take plenty of fans if going to be hot climate take a fly net, fly spray etc. be aware that one of the double bed rooms is open plan positioned at top of staircase so whoever sleeping here will have no privacy. one shower leading from kitchen area for the whole property no tvs in bedrooms

Lovely stay warm welcome offered by owners Our only mistake was bringing food and drink for the entire holiday, instead of buying small amounts each day to fit in the fridge. The hot tub was incredible as is the entire house. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Hill Radnor has been an excellent find, the accomodation is above and beyond what we were expecting, everything was provided including to our surprise dishwasher and washing machine tablets. On arrival there was even a welcome package. We met the owners Eddie and Sally who could not have been more helpful asking if everything was OK, giving us some useful advice on places to visit and where to eat out. To cut a long story short we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have booked to come again next year

We had lovely stay here. Everything is nice. Clean is good but is still some corner need more attention. Hot tub is nice for evening relaxing. You dont hear anything what is going around this place. In house everything what you will need for stay from toilet paper to washing machine tablets is great.

Hill Radnor is an absolutely beautiful property that has been built to a very high standard with nothing left out. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely week away, it was decorated for Christmas which was all that bit more special. The accommodation was very modern, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great holiday. The surroundings are lovely and Eddie and Sally were excellent hosts and were extremely helpful. The most relaxing holiday ever. When we arrived the setting of the four lodges and gorgeous view really did take our breath away. The lodge and grounds were finished to a really high standard. There were three of us in a six person lodge but even if there had been six of us there would have been generous room for comfort and relaxation. The garden is large, our dog's loved it .Also a private ample sized hot tub what you can relax in while watching the crows torment the beautiful Red kites. We had days out in the nearby villages and on a few evenings we had a very picturesque twenty minutes walk to the lovely Village pub for a gorgeous evening meal. We cannot fault anything about this place and more to the point the friendly owners couldn't do enough for us . We will definitely recommend this place and return again at some point.

Fantastic accommodation. Owners were lovely. The location is perfect such beautiful countryside and so peaceful. Not a lot to do in the surrounding area for teenagers though. Would have been nice to have a BBQfire pit area didnt want to spoil the grass. Perfect for dogs enclosed garden. Welcome pack a lovely touch our dog Joni appreciated the treats and poo bags!
