Cae Bedw Reviews

Angela
Absolutely beautiful lodge. Laura was very accommodating to us and every time Ive messaged shes got back to me very quickly. We had an issue with the heat with the hottub but Laura sent someone round to sort this asap. Absolutely beautiful location, very clean and tidy lodge. Had everything we needed, theyve literally thought of everything! Would 1000 book again and the decor was just lush. It looks exactly like the pictures. Thanks Laura! The only bit of feedback I would recommend where the hottub is situated, if the weather isnt great theres a lot of wind which is not great and the tub temp drops quite quickly. Maybe put something in place to Shield this from the direct wind! Everything else was perfect! x
Amazing stay at Cae Bedw. Great hosts that contacted us prior to our arrival to tell us a little bit more information about the property and gave us the what3words location to be able to easily find the lodge and this did help us find it on arrival. Clean lodge. Everything you could want is there. Immaculately clean. Spacious. Hot tub was a lovely addition. Owners on hand if you do need any help or assistance. Location is good. The property is in between Welshpool and Newtown that have a good few shops and restaurants and takeaways. Powerful shower. Great sized TV in the lounge area with all different apps on it to watch different programmes and films. Overall amazing stay. Thank you very much.
We had an absolutely lovely stay here over the August Bank holiday weekend. The cabin was lovely and clean. A few signs of wear in places paint in the window chipper and come scuffs on the walls nothing major and didnt disrupt our stay. The kitchenliving area was brilliant, plenty of room, good size tv in the living area. Could have done with a small one in the bedroom too! Comfy bed. The shower was amazing! Its rare you get a good shower in cabinsshepherds huts, but this one was fantastic! Great hosts! Messages a couple of times for a few extra bin bags etc and they got back to us practically straight away. Friendly and chatty when checking the hot tub each morning. Great scenery, peaceful even with other people in the cabins next to us. The hot tub felt very private and out of sight from the other cabins. Would definitely come again!
Omg We have just got back from a 2 night stay here. We absolutely loved it We stayed in Cae Bedw cabin which was spotlessly clean, well maintained and had all the home comforts needed. A great location very peaceful and relaxing but was made even better with the hot tub. Definitely will visit here again Thanks Laura
Stayed here for a few days this week, absolutely stunning little cabin its spotless clean and in such a lovely little area, perfect for a peaceful few days away the owners are fantastic and help with anything, great views from the hot tub would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. The owner was absolutely brilliant.
Joanna
Lovely place with fantastic views. Very comfortable and quiet. Could do with more china and cutlery.
The property was tiny. We could not sit two people comfortably on the sofa. It was tricky to walk around the bed as the rooms are so small. The window frames were all chipped and moisture around. No furniture in the bedroom apart from a small hanging rail, left for laundry when you leave. Tiny tin bedside cabinets, no drawers. Full size cups missing from the cupboards as well as other basic kitchen items. Draining board wasnt even big enough to fit a plate on. Notes stuck everywhere conveying rules e.g dont flush wipes down the toilet, empty the bin etc. cabin was next to the road, heard traffic throughout the stay. Hot tub is not private, you can see the two lodges really close next to you. Hot tub is completely open so you cannot use it if the weather is bad. Also if you stay in the lodge at the end you can see the road whilst in it. Felt like the entire stay was geared for us leaving because of the notes and rules. There was no privacy and this certainly is not a luxury lodge. We spent the entire time out as this was so cramped and depressing. Thank goodness we love Wales! This was clearly cheaply and quickly built, being only a few years old. We would have been better off paying less and staying in a caravan! I would not recommend this.
Beautiful! Beautiful views too. Perfect weekend weekend away, Laura was very helpful with the information in regards to the lodge & we cant wait to come back, if youre planning on staying best only buying a small milk as the fridge doesnt have anywhere for it to stand up in the door.
We loved are stay it was so amazing we will come again
We had a fantastic time at the lodge. Myself and my fianc had not been to wales before and it was a great base to be able to explore the surroundings of wales. Being in the hot tub on an evening with no lights or noise for miles was truly extraordinary! Such a peaceful place to stay and I am sure we will be back in the future. A huge thank you to Laura for such a lovely break!

The property was very clean and match the description. Hot tub was my favourite. I did not meet Laura but I met the husband, a lovely and comprehensive person. I dont regret spending my 4 nights at the property because I cant wait to be back
Rebecca
Gorgeous quiet scenery loved the trip and the lodge was amazing
Fabulous break away. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Would have been made slightly better with a cover over the tub to keep the rain awaybit of a wind shelter. Otherwise, a fantastic break.
Sophie

We have just come back from a relaxing Holiday at Cae Bedw cant fault the Holiday at all Everything you needed was their lovely place enjoyed the jacuzzi . Laura was an excellent Host The lodge was really cosy and comfortable we will definitely come back
Spent 3 nights at Cae Bedw for my partners birthday and we had such a lovely stay. It was sparkling clean, homely and cosy. Im not much of a camping or glamping type person but wanted to be close to the outdoors and this was perfect. We were quite lucky with the weather and the views were stunning. It had a lovely full size modern kitchendinerlounge with a large tv, big cosy bed in a separate bedroom and loved the sliding doors onto a private decking area, perfect for our dog to get some fresh air between walks! The hot tub was just the best, very clean and functional, it had been well maintained and the owners check it twice a day. Lovely sized bathroom with shower over the bath too. They even left us some Welsh cakes which was a kind gesture! Was impressed to learn the cabins were built by the husband and looked after by the wife who are full time working parents. Would definitely recommend and cant wait to come back!
We had the most amazing stay at Belan view. The lodge was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was clean and warm ready for when we checked in. Laura was very helpful and kept us well informed about our stay. 1010 would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this lodge in Wales! Surrounded by nature, the setting was peaceful and beautiful, with amazing views that took our breath away. The private hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxation. The lodge was wellmaintained, cozy, and had all the modern amenities we needed. Our host, Laura, was incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it and will definitely come back!
