Grain Loft is a self-contained private apartment set above an event space on a 160-acre organic estate in Trefeglwys, Powys, Mid Wales. Accessed via its own private metal staircase, this loft sleeps two and sits in a valley surrounded by rolling meadows, woodland and hills. The estate has been farmed since 1945 and runs entirely on solar panels, heat source pumps and rainwater harvesting.

The estate sits just outside Trefeglwys village with a pub within walking distance. The River flows through the grounds where you can spot otters, voles, mink, salmon and brown trout. Fishing is available on site. Llyn Clywedog reservoir and the Cambrian Mountains are both a short drive away.
