The Farm is a five-bedroom converted farmhouse in the Welsh Marches near Presteigne, Powys. This spacious property sleeps up to 13 guests and sits in peaceful countryside surrounded by fields of sheep and working farmland. The Farm combines modern comfort with rural seclusion.

The property offers stunning views across quiet valleys. You can walk straight from the front door onto Offa's Dyke Path and the Mortimer Trail. The dark skies make this an exceptional spot for stargazing.

Accommodation includes one ground-floor king-size bedroom with shower room, a family bedroom with super-king-size (zip/link to twins) and single bed, a family bedroom with double and single, plus king-size and double rooms both with en-suite walk-in showers. The huge kitchen/diner with Range cooker seats everyone comfortably. Two sitting rooms provide extra space. Ground source heating keeps the property warm.

Other than the narrow road to the property, the Farm was excellent! With large rooms our party of 11 had space to choose. The kitchen was suburb, with every utensil available. The scenery was great on every side of the property. It was also great to meet Anita, the owner, and to hear some of the history of the house and surrounding land. A great place to spend my 80th Birthday with the family.

Perfect property for a 4 generation group aged 793! So well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable! I needed more accessibility information before the holiday to ensure my mum could manage there and the owner provided me with videos and willingly answered lots of obscure questions! The personal touch continued during the visit when our evenings entertainment required a CD player !! and afterwards when I realised Id recycled a bag with earrings gifted to me for my birthday whilst staying. The owner retrieved them and posted them to me so I can face my friend again! Great place and worth every penny!

A truly lovely house for a family gathering in a peaceful and beautiful location. We had a great stay with lots of space for everyone inside and out. The house is nicely presented, clean and well maintained with everything we could need. The night skies were amazing to see, whilst sitting outside listening to the nearby sheep and cows was very relaxing. There's several nearby townsvillages to explore with lots of information provided by the owner on places to visit. We look forward to coming back to do the things we didn't have time for!

The photos really don't do the farmhouse justice it's much bigger than we expected, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The property strikes the perfect balance between traditional character and modern comforts. It has all the charm you'd hope for in a Welsh farmhouse, while the kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings are beautifully updated. Everything was immaculately clean, and it was obvious that a lot of care goes into maintaining the house. We even hired a private chef to cook for us one evening, which made for a brilliant experience in such a stunning setting. On the other night we relaxed in the hot tub in the afternoon, then ate outside under the stars, which was the perfect way to end the day. Beautiful house, perfect for our friends hen do. The house is spacious and the views are breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped, all of the facilities were great and everywhere was spotless. A lovely extra touch is that there are sheep and lambs in the field that like to say hello they are fenced in though. Lastly, having access to the hot tub was the icing on the cake. All of our party was in awe of this property and we would all book it again in a heartbeat. Thnk you Anita for being a great host.

We picked the The Farm as it looked suitable for hosting our family of 10 comfortably with beautiful surroundings as an added bonus! and it certainly did not disappoint. My husband celebrated his 50th birthday and we all had a fantastic time. The location of The Farm creates a relaxing private and individual experience, whilst the actually building has been developed to a high standard it doesnt lose any of the original charm. The Farm was warm, and well equipped, every room was clean and the light and the view from every room was breathtaking. Anita was very helpful and even brought a baby lamb for us to bottle feed which was a highlight for all the kids! Overall, a wonderful trip and we would love to return. Thank you

The Farm was a fantastic venue to meet a group of longstanding friends. It has been beautifully renovated and is very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hot tub was a real treat under the stars on an icy night, Anita, our host, was friendly and helpful with any queries. We enjoyed several different walks from the front door, through the woods and fields and along part of Offas Dyke a map and some walk suggestions are provided. It is also well situated for several National Trust properties, and picturesque small towns. Its worth mentioning that access up the lane was difficult for an extremely low slung car, but normal cars were fine. Overall, a wonderful property and we have booked to return. Thank you Anita.

Absolutely huge, beautiful house and fab stay. So peaceful and secluded. House was spotless and everything was there that you needed. The hot tub was fab in the nights with the lights and temperature. It was cleaned daily also. Would 100 recommend this stay if youre looking for a nice quiet weekend. A bonus would have been to have a BBQ there as we had fab weather. We did take our own which had enough space outside for this. The only problem we had was the road leading up to the house which was not good. As we had a low car we had to drive very very slow as it was scraping on the bottom.

The Farm is an amazing property, and a very high standard. The attention to detail is second to none. Anita has provided everything you need, and things you don't think you need to make your stay perfect. The location is fantastic, surrounded by fields of sheep with their lambs. What better way to be woken in the morning, hearing and seeing nature at its best. We were a party of 11, from 4 to 85 and there was plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen is the hub of the house and where we spent most of the time. The games and dvds kept the children occupied whilst the hot tub catered for the adults. I will return to the Farm and already planning it for our daughters big birthday. Once again, thank you Anita and Rob for your hidden gem and making my 70th Birthday perfect.

The Farm is set in a beautiful spot, surrounded by wildlife and farm animals. Different every day. It was spotlessly clean, and beds were very comfortable. We stayed from 26th to the 2nd August, there was 10 of us in total ,the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The walks around the property were thought out and cleared your head as the views were spectacular , the hot tub was well used after our walks. We visited the Brecon Beacons it was easy to get to from the property and a few other local attractions. The granddaughters loved seeing the cows and calf's. Lovely property and perfect for a few days away. We were a group of 11 three families with children aged between 610. The property was spacious enough for all of us and perfectly clean. Everything you could need was provided for in the kitchen and there was a bonus hamper on arrival and lots of games and dvds for evening entertainment. We would definitely love to come back again.

Great place for a family get together, we were celebrating an 80th birthday, the house suited everyone's needs young or old. Loads of space to have your own space if you wanted it. House spotlessly clean, extra towels provided for hot tub and the best equipped kitchen we have had in a large property, it actually catered for the number of people staying which is often not the case. The views were amazing, from every window, the sky at night was literally out of this world on a clear night. We all had a great time and looking forward to staying at The Farm again in the future.
