We picked the The Farm as it looked suitable for hosting our family of 10 comfortably with beautiful surroundings as an added bonus! and it certainly did not disappoint. My husband celebrated his 50th birthday and we all had a fantastic time. The location of The Farm creates a relaxing private and individual experience, whilst the actually building has been developed to a high standard it doesnt lose any of the original charm. The Farm was warm, and well equipped, every room was clean and the light and the view from every room was breathtaking. Anita was very helpful and even brought a baby lamb for us to bottle feed which was a highlight for all the kids! Overall, a wonderful trip and we would love to return. Thank you

The Farm was a fantastic venue to meet a group of longstanding friends. It has been beautifully renovated and is very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hot tub was a real treat under the stars on an icy night, Anita, our host, was friendly and helpful with any queries. We enjoyed several different walks from the front door, through the woods and fields and along part of Offas Dyke a map and some walk suggestions are provided. It is also well situated for several National Trust properties, and picturesque small towns. Its worth mentioning that access up the lane was difficult for an extremely low slung car, but normal cars were fine. Overall, a wonderful property and we have booked to return. Thank you Anita.

Absolutely huge, beautiful house and fab stay. So peaceful and secluded. House was spotless and everything was there that you needed. The hot tub was fab in the nights with the lights and temperature. It was cleaned daily also. Would 100 recommend this stay if youre looking for a nice quiet weekend. A bonus would have been to have a BBQ there as we had fab weather. We did take our own which had enough space outside for this. The only problem we had was the road leading up to the house which was not good. As we had a low car we had to drive very very slow as it was scraping on the bottom.

Lovely spacious property enjoyed by thirteen of us spanning 3 generations. Plenty to keep everyone happy, both in the house and for days out. Lots of useful information sent from Anita before we arrived which was appreciated.

Very helpful to have walk suggestions and maps available. 6 and 8 year old found plenty of interest at the Judge's Lodgings in Presteigne. Also had a wonderful day at Croft Castle

The Farm is an amazing property, and a very high standard. The attention to detail is second to none. Anita has provided everything you need, and things you don't think you need to make your stay perfect. The location is fantastic, surrounded by fields of sheep with their lambs. What better way to be woken in the morning, hearing and seeing nature at its best. We were a party of 11, from 4 to 85 and there was plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen is the hub of the house and where we spent most of the time. The games and dvds kept the children occupied whilst the hot tub catered for the adults. I will return to the Farm and already planning it for our daughters big birthday. Once again, thank you Anita and Rob for your hidden gem and making my 70th Birthday perfect.

The Farm is set in a beautiful spot, surrounded by wildlife and farm animals. Different every day. It was spotlessly clean, and beds were very comfortable. We were 3 families sharing, 11 of us and we all loved it. The hot tub was also amazing and would recommend a star gazing night as its so dark you can see so many! We stayed from 26th to the 2nd August, there was 10 of us in total ,the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The walks around the property were thought out and cleared your head as the views were spectacular , the hot tub was well used after our walks. We visited the Brecon Beacons it was easy to get to from the property and a few other local attractions. The granddaughters loved seeing the cows and calf's. Anita and Rob were very helpful and made us feel welcomed , Would we stay again yes. It was the best place we have stayed in so far. Thank you

Lovely property and perfect for a few days away. We were a group of 11 three families with children aged between 610. The property was spacious enough for all of us and perfectly clean. Everything you could need was provided for in the kitchen and there was a bonus hamper on arrival and lots of games and dvds for evening entertainment. We would definitely love to come back again.

Great place for a family get together, we were celebrating an 80th birthday, the house suited everyone's needs young or old. Loads of space to have your own space if you wanted it. House spotlessly clean, extra towels provided for hot tub and the best equipped kitchen we have had in a large property, it actually catered for the number of people staying which is often not the case. The views were amazing, from every window, the sky at night was literally out of this world on a clear night. We all had a great time and looking forward to staying at The Farm again in the future.
