About Hope Cottage

Hope Cottage is a converted stone milking parlour sitting among a small cluster of converted stone barns on the Powys/Shropshire border. Adjacent to a nature reserve between the village of Clun and Knighton, this detached rural property has earned Customers' Choice awards every year from 2019 to 2024. Walking starts right from the door.

The Shropshire Hills surround you here. Offa's Dyke runs along the hillside directly opposite the cottage. Glyndwr's Way, the Jack Mytton Way and the Shropshire Way are all within easy reach. Knighton is close by with pubs, cafés and a supermarket.

The cottage sleeps 3 guests across one bedroom with a kingsize (5ft) bed and a single (3ft) bed. The woodburner is a real highlight with initial fuel included. The living/dining room has a TV with Freesat and CD player. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Upstairs the bathroom has a bath with shower over and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included.
