Beautiful, wellequipped property with everthing you could possibly need for a family break. We visited as a family party of 6 two couples, two older teenagers and there were plenty of bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, the games room was wellused and the gardens and hot tub were all taken advantage of during some great weather. To top it all, there are some amazing walks through beautiful scenery, direct from your door. Would highly recommend.

Weve just returned from a 1week stay at the Coach House in Llanwrtyd Wells. The weather was fantastic throughout 2228C, which definitely helped make the holiday. The property itself is very spacious, with 4 double bedrooms and plenty of room for up to 8 guests. As a family of four, we only needed two of the rooms, but the extra space was still appreciated. The games room was a great addition and we made good use of the table tennis and pool during our stay. The living areas were comfortable and perfect for relaxing in the evenings, whether watching a film or just unwinding. The kitchen was generally well equipped, and it was helpful to have instructions available for the appliances. We also brought our dog, and the garden was secure and private, which worked really well. Locationwise, it served as a great base for exploring the area. We visited Zip World Tower, the Four Waterfalls Walk in the Brecon Beacons, the Wales Ape & Monkey Sanctuary, and Henrhyd Falls recognisable from The Dark Knight Rises. The main downside for us was the hot tub. With children, we prefer something that can be used more spontaneously, but as this is woodfired, we found it difficult to get it up to a proper hot temperature even after 23 hours. It may be that we werent using it optimally, but it does require a significant time investment. We were also initially only provided with enough wood for one use, although the owner did kindly supply more after we raised this, allowing us a couple more attempts. In total, we managed three warm rather than hot uses during the week, whereas we would normally expect to use a hot tub daily. Given that this was the most weve spent on a UK holiday, we did come away feeling a bit disappointed overall, mainly due to the hot tub experience.

We had a fantastic stay here with friends and our two dogs. The location is perfect, with plenty of beautiful walks and interesting places to explore right on the doorstep. The property itself had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a real home away from home. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience even smoother. The weather was a bit mixed during our stay, so it was great to have access to the games roomit really made a difference. The fully enclosed garden was another highlight, giving us complete peace of mind to let the dogs roam freely. We wouldnt hesitate to return!

Had a short stay in this wonderful accomodation. Great for multi generation families with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs. Very well equipped kitchen with Air fryer and all utensils to a very high spec. Definatly recommend contacting owner to start the hot tub if you are going to be staying for a short weekend as hot tub takes ages to warm up, so if like our family you wanted it for the Friday then I'd let them know beforehand. Will was very accomodating when I contacted him about this, so thank you. We will def stay again.

Such a beautiful place and location. Pefect for celebrating my 60th birthday with friends. We were fortunate to have lovely weather and sat outside most of the time, however late evenings felt cozy in the lounge. Games room was fun, beds were comfy. Had plenty of everything needed. We've actually said how lovely it would be to stay here at christmas.

This was the most perfect country retreat we could have wished for. Upon arriving at 1930, the house was lovely and warm. We got our bags in from the car before making a quick supper in the well equipped kitchen. The garden outside the back door was secure for the dogs and our teenage daughters loved the wood fired log burner. All of the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. The only thing missing was a little welcome baskethamper upon arrival which the majority of other hosts provide. If you want to relax in the countryside, then this place is definitely worth it.

Lovely well equipped property, very comfortable. Ideal for a large family to share. Good location. Excellent communication with the host.

Good overall condition apart from lots of cobwebs and spiders. No vacuum cleaner. A few bulbs out throughout the house. The hot tub took far too long to fill and heat not usable for a short stay, and not enough wood supplied to heat it. Apart from these minor issues, an enjoyable stay. Would stay again.
