The surrounding area is ideal for walking and biking. You're well placed to explore both Wales and England from here. Market towns, rolling hills and quiet country lanes are all on your doorstep. The central border location makes day trips in either direction genuinely easy.

Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen-living-dining space with a cosy log burner and smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and more. There's also a games room with table tennis and a dartboard. Three bathrooms serve the four bedrooms: a kingsize, a double and two twin rooms. No hot tub at this property.

Ludlow is under 40 minutes away a well-known market town with independent shops and food markets. Builth Wells hosts the Royal Welsh Show each July and is also under 40 minutes. Presteigne is the nearest town. Hay-on-Wye (famous for bookshops) is roughly 12 miles away (25 minutes).
